Nyay Anyay (transl. Justice and Injustice) is a 1990 Indian Hindi-language action film, produced by Sudhakar Bokade on Divya Films Combines banner and directed by Lawrence D'Souza. Starring Jeetendra, Jaya Prada, Sumeet Saigal, Shilpa Shirodkar and music composed by AnandMilind. This was the first movie of Lawrence D'Souza and Sudhakar Bokade as director and producer. The duo had later collaborated in making of movies Saajan and Sapne Sajan Ke.

Plot summary

The film revolves around Ravi Khanna (Jeetendra), a judge in Bombay High Court, who is married to Rama (Jaya Prada), a lawyer. His brother, Sumit (Sumeet Saigal), is a college student, who is in love with Anju (Shilpa Shirodkar), the only daughter of Diwan Pratap Singh (Anupam Kher), a wealthy businessman. Their marriage is arranged by their families and everything seems perfect until Anju goes missing during a college camp. Her body is found later, brutally murdered. Anju's death is followed by the killings of five more college students. Inspector Khan (Mangal Dhillon) investigates the case and arrests Sumit as the prime suspect. Sumit is confident that he will be acquitted as his case will be tried in his brother's court and his sister-in-law will defend him.
